You can send your request for Word via email to Word Music or for Brentwood-Benson Music Publishing to Brentwood-Benson. You may send your request via fax to 615-371-1351. Please include the following information in your request:

1. Title of the song(s)
2. Writer(s) of the song(s)
3. Title of musical that song(s) come from
4. # of copies you are making
5. Your physical mailing address
6. The name of the person or organization that is to appear on license.
7. Product number of CD you are taking the track from (usually found on the spine of the jewel case) the numbers are structured as follows: 0 80689 64127 5 or 45757-0988-3.

Due to the high volume of requests, the amount of research involved, as well as the various levels of approval your request will have to go through, it may take 4 to 5 weeks for you to receive your license. We are unable to respond directly to each request as they come in. Rest assured, we will process your request as quickly as possible.

• Word does not allow any master use licensing of listening CDs where bulk product (sold in packs of 10 CDs) is available. Please visit Wordmusic.com to search for available bulk product.
• Brentwood-Benson does not allow any master use licensing for rehearsal CDs where listening CDs are available.
